PrintRealSize is a free, browser-based tool for printing images at an exact real-world size by splitting them across multiple standard paper sheets (A4, A3, or A2) that you tape or glue together. It's built for cutting stencils and templates for foam cutting, sign-making, and other maker projects where dimensional accuracy matters.

How it works

Import a PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, BMP, or SVG image.
Click two points on the image and enter the real-world distance between them (in mm, cm, or inches) to calibrate true scale — or type the target size directly.
Choose a paper format and PrintRealSize automatically splits the scaled image into a grid of pages with overlap margins, trim lines, and alignment marks.
Export a single print-ready PDF, one page per sheet, ready to print at 100% scale.
